SERIES 0 FUNDS - Also known as the NAV share class. This includes all new products issued through John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A) and John Hancock Life Insurance Company of New York as well as John Hancock legacy products. Funds do not generally have Rule 12b-1 fees in this class.
SERIES 1 FUNDS - This share class includes Manulife legacy products issued by John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A.) and John Hancock Life Insurance Company of New York. Funds on this class include Rule 12b-1 fees.
