Modification to John Hancock Life's HealthStyles Program -- November 1, 2007
John Hancock's proprietary crediting program known as "HealthStyles" was modified effective November 1, 2007, so that the maximum issue is 70 (it no longer available to insureds ages 71 to 75.) The attached flyer provides this information and more details about HealthStyles.
